I have been coming to My Hair Salon for almost 3 years. The atmosphere is inviting. By my second visit, I already felt like family. I always leave with a well-groomed, great-looking haircut, and even get complimented on how great my hair looks in public. Service is never rushed, and I am always offered something to drink (non-alcoholic, of course) when I come in. Overall, the staff is welcoming and fun, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great, stylish look.

Not many can say they've been with the same stylist for over 21 years. I can! Karen has been my one and only stylist and she has never steered me wrong, whether for a haircut or color. I value her opinion and trust her completely! I also have my nails done there as well by Kim. My Hair Salon is the only place for me! I highly recommend it. Love the people, love the staff.

I am made to feel welcome when I walk in. I particularly like that time is taken during each visit to consult with me about my hair before starting the cut. It's a friendly staff and I get a quality haircut every time.

They truly care about their clients and do a great job. Whether it is just for a cut and blow dry or for any chemical treatment, it is always a pleasure to be there. My Hair Salon is neat, clean, and attractive on the inside and out (nice location with ample parking). I am new to the area and it was recommended to me by a friend. The staff is extremely nice and offer you coffee or tea upon your arrival or during your stay. Nick (co-owner) is extremely personable. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and offers suggestions. He is very attentive to my questions and concerns. I felt comfortable in the salon. It's like I've been coming here for years! I would highly recommend this salon for all your hair and product needs!

Have a fear of shellac nails? Had a bad experience with acrylic nails so you've gone natural? Are your natural nails thin and splitting? That was me until Kim convinced me to give shellac nails a try for a formal wedding. OH, MY GRAVY...I LOVE MY NAILS! They look and feel beautiful and so natural and glamorous. I am a 'no-hair-spray-because-I-hate-hard-hair' kinda gal so if I tell you Kim's work as a nail artist is like WOW...trust me. Getting me to try shellac nails was like pulling teeth, but it was worth it! Thank you, My Hair Salon! Thank you, Kim! I'm so happy!

Nick and Roseann did us for my daughter’s wedding. I never felt so beautiful and both of my daughters’ hair looked spectacular!

Karen did my wedding hair and makeup and I have never felt so beautiful. She patiently worked with me to craft the perfect, photo ready look. She listened to my concerns and created a hairstyle that lasted throughout the entire event. I look at my timeless photos and I am still thrilled with the way I looked on my special day.

Karen did my sister-in-laws wedding in 2005 & my wedding in 2006. I never felt so beautiful. I still have the pearls & the ka-zillion bobby pins she put in my hair that wonderful day.

5 Stars to My Hair Salon! I know how busy hair salons are on Saturdays, but Keisha and Roseann cleared their schedules to come to our house to do the bridal parties hair and makeup. What a great experience! Even with all the time spent laughing, everyone got done and looked beautiful. I would highly recommend My Hair Salon for hair and makeup for your next event!

Hair by Nathalie: Nat listened to want I wanted! She made my hair look better than I could have ever imagined. Not to mention, my hair lasted the whole day! Pictures, the wedding, dancing - I was shocked! I would recommend her to anyone for hair!!

Make up by LaQuesha: let me just start by saying that she slays the make up game. Keisha made me feel so beautiful. From the perfectly blended shadow to the beautiful contour, I don’t think I’ve ever looked or felt that good. The make up felt so light but it was full coverage and stayed on through a long day and night! I would have her do my make up again in a heart beat!!

Amber did my hair and makeup for an event recently. Not only did she give me exactly what I was looking for, she made the overall experience great! Everyone in the salon was extremely welcoming and great to be around! I would highly recommend Amber for your next special event!

I’ve been going to My Hair Salon for years and thought no better place to go for my wedding hair and makeup and WOW!!!! The staff there made my wedding day experience so magical! All of my bridal party had their hair and makeup done FLAWLESSLY! Keisha did my hair and makeup and made me feel like a QUEEN! All of the girls there made us feel so welcome and you could tell they really cared and made the experience so much fun! I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they did for me and my bridesmaids! 

Overall: I truly cannot recommend My Hair Salon enough for wedding/event hair and makeup. From beginning to end, the process was seamless. I never had to worry! Amanda, our coordinator (also day-of-wedding organizer), from the beginning made sure the make-up artists and hair stylists knew what my bridal party wanted and adapted our timeline. Amanda thoughtfully planned the girls hair and makeup schedules, took pictures, and helped with so many little things as we got ready. They are the sweetest women, and take into account everything you ask to make sure you have the perfect day. We had a blast getting ready, and the stylists only added to our fun. All of my girls felt and looked so amazing and beautiful, which made me so happy. You could see it written all over their smiling faces, CONFIDENCE. Thank you thank you!

Makeup: Keisha Keisha Keisha!! I cannot stress enough how amazing she made me feel on my special day. She took her time, making sure my face was even and matched the natural vibe I was going for. It lasted all night, and looked phenomenal both in pictures and in person. I felt like I still looked like myself, just with glam! I am very picky with make up and let me just say, she is the true hero. I got endless compliments - even a month later after the wedding. She's flexible and truly listens to what you want.

Hair: Karen has done my hair for over 10 years - but I promise you I am not bias when I say she is the BEST hair stylist! She completely transformed my hair into the most beautiful up-do for my wedding. My straight, difficult hair always has trouble curling and providing volume, but Karen made it happen! My classic, but complex hairstyle stayed all night! She is so attentive and open-minded to what you want, and will always hear your needs. And as the bride - I can say she has such a calm and happy presence, knowing she was doing my hair, calmed most nerves ha!

I cannot say enough good things about My Hair Salon! They made sure my wedding day went off without a hitch! I went there a couple of days before my wedding to get a balayage. It was my first time getting my hair done by Nathalie and I am a forever client now. She did an amazing job! My hair turned out beautifully and she did EXACTLY what I wanted. It was during that appointment that Amanda sat down with me and made the schedule and plans for my wedding day. She also gave me a few tips and brought up details that I hadn’t even considered. She is an angel! I was planning to start getting ready way later until she made me realize my timeline was OFF! Fast forward to the big day, Nathalie got there on time (which meant early enough to get her things set up and ready to go) and made sure all my girls looked AMAZING! She did the exact hairstyle that I wanted and even left her curling iron there so we could touch our curls up if we needed to. ANOTHER ANGEL. I would recommend My Hair Salon to anyone and everyone planning a special event!
